Here at Bethel Lutheran Church, we have a simple hope: to see people come to know Jesus Christ and grow in their Christian faith.
SERVE OTHERS
1 John 4:19 We love because he first loved us! Serving others is what we do by being a part of organizations like Serve Santa Maria, which originated at Bethel Lutheran Church. We are also a Stephen Ministry congregation which supports individuals emotionally and spiritually when going through life's difficulties.
HELP OTHERS
Throughout the year we support needs of children and adults both locally and abroad. We help to provide school supplies for the children in our Hispanic congregation as well solar lights and text books for children in Ghana.
Our Helping Hands Ministry helps provide things like transportation and running errands for the seniors in our congregation.

OUR MISSION PARTNERS
Bethel Lutheran Church sponsors and hosts the newly formed NALC Mission Congregation of Iglesia Luterana San Juan Bautista. San Juan Bautista ministers to the growing Hispanic community of Santa Maria.
OUR GLOBAL MISSIONS
Here at Bethel Lutheran Church our mission is to spread the gospel not only in our community but throughout the world. We participate in the daily GroundUpGrace.com Podcasts with our own pastor, Jeffery Nellermoe being the Saturday contributor, reflecting on scripture with listeners throughout the world as well as support for missionaries serving Christian refugees in England through China Service Ventures.
