Pastor Jeff has a vast educational background of which includes a B.A. degree in German/Business from Texas Lutheran College (Seguin, TX), a Master of Divinity degree from Luther Theological Seminary (St. Paul, MN) and his Ph.D in Intergrated Marketing Communication from the University of Utah (Salt Lake City, UT).
Prior to his call to Bethel Lutheran Church of Santa Maria, Pastor Jeff has served two other churches, Excelsior Covenant Church in Minnesota for 5 years as Associate Pastor and Good Shephard Lutheran in Utah for 21 years as Associate and then Senior Pastor. In 2014, Pastor Jeff and his wife Mim felt the calling of the Lord to serve in China with China Service Ventures (CSV).
